A well established brand, J&M Butcher approached us to handle the design and development of their e-commerce website, which would then enable them to invest in direct advertising campaigns. The main scope of this project was to help J&M Butcher take control of their sales process; since all of their online sales were taking place on third party applications, leading to a reduction in their margins due to commission costs.
We created a user-friendly online store, enabling users to shop with ease
Each cut of meat was made customisable to users, allowing them to select the weight they would like, as well as how they would like the butcher to prepare it for them (sliced, cubed or minced).
We ran a variety of marketing campaigns; some focused on the generation of inbound messages, others focused on generating direct traffic to the oline store
We broke down J&M Butcher’s revenue growth over the last 24 months, analysing data and generating insights on the type of advertisements producing the best results. Through a combination of data gathered from J&M’s ad-tech, and J&M Butcher’s internal sources, we effectively optimised their budget spend, bringing in the optimal ROI.
